Join Kim and Whitney for a grounding and revitalizing 4-day retreat in the Catskills, as we mark the Spring Equinox - a time of equal light and dark, of pause and potential.  We invite you to reconnect with your center through intentional movement, stillness, and self-inquiry.

Each day, we’ll move through thoughtfully curated practices in yoga, Pilates, and guided meditation and journaling. Together, we’ll explore the shifting balance of strength and softness, structure and flow, and the quiet unfolding of who we are becoming. You’ll also have time to rest, reflect, and nourish yourself with delicious meals, nature walks, and connection in community. This retreat will have a little bit of everything for a well-rounded experience.

Whether you’re seeking a reset, inspiration, or simply space to breathe, this retreat offers an opportunity to return to yourself, supported by the rhythms of nature, the power of practice, and the magic of Menla.

Room Types

  • Standard Single

    The Standard Single features a queen bed and shares a bathroom with fewer people than the economy single, typically at most one other room.

    Your room will be either in Potala, Panther, or Thimphu.

    Early Bird, paid in full by 11/15/25: $1500, save $100!

    Regular, reserved after 11/15/25: $1600.

    Sharing a bed? Add a person for $800. With early bird pricing, this brings your per person cost down to $1,150, our cheapest per person option. After booking, please let Kim/Whitney know if you'd like to add for a payment link.

  • Economy Single

    You'll have a room to yourself in the Snowlion cabin with a shared bathroom.

    Snowlion is a beautiful two-story cabin with an elegant 360-square-foot living and dining room with large windows and a cathedral ceiling, making it perfect for recreation or for meetings of up to 15 people. Relax on the upstairs sundeck and enjoy one of the best night sky views at Menla.

  • Double Room

    Shared accommodations in one of our cozy cabins. The bathroom is shared with other rooms on the same floor. If you have a roommate in mind, please let Kim or Whitney know. A roommate will be assigned if you do not register with others.
