Whitney Hwang

During a challenging time of transition, Whitney found a sense of stability and comfort on the yoga mat. Wanting to share the benefits she experienced, she completed her 200-hour teacher training in Hoboken in 2020, followed by an additional 300-hour certification in 2021. She also earned a mat Pilates certification to broaden her approach to movement and wellness.

Through her ongoing yoga and Pilates practice, Whitney continues to learn more about herself and appreciates the calming, steadying effect it brings to her life. In her classes, she enjoys helping students build strength, improve flexibility, and discover new ways to move and connect with their bodies.

Outside the studio, you can find Whitney buried in spreadsheets as an accountant, reading, baking sourdough, or spending time with her dog, Jack.

Kim Corby

Kim is a 500 hr RYT, Sound Healer, and Reiki master who found yoga as a tool to free her mind and strengthen her body as she was navigating through anxiety, depression, and chronic pain over 15 years ago. When this practice offered her a path home to peace and a door to reclaim her power, she knew she needed to share it with her community and eventually the world. Kim embraces a variety of modalities in her teachings, with energetic and anatomic alignment at the foundation of every practice. She creates a safe space that empowers students to rise beyond any limits of our mind and feel and trust into the power of this moment. Kim encourages every student to come as they are, confident that this practice of embodiment will leave them feeling lighter, stronger, and more playful than they arrived.
